Basic Firearm Training and Gun Safety Classes

Umbrella Tactics offers gun safety classes for individuals and families (children 6 and older), in basic firearm marksmanship, gun safety fundamentals, and family home defense. Umbrella Tactics also teaches the breakdown, mechanics and cleaning of all types of firearms. Umbrella Tactics' basic firearm safety classes will train children (6 and older) in proper and current gun safety techniques so they are familiar with the use of handguns, rifles and shotguns.

Umbrella Tactics can also provide personal, home and family defense techniques for individuals, families, and groups. We demonstrate one-handed gun firing defensive techniques for home alone scenarios, while you are on the phone with 911.

We apologize, but we do NOT provide Firearms OR Ammunition. For the Basic Gun Safety / Family Home Defense Course, you MUST provide a firearm you wish to learn on (ANY Type will do). You will need to bring the weapon, a minimum of 25 rounds of ammunition. You may bring multiple firearms if you wish. Please also bring slings for rifles, holsters for pistol if yo can.

We DO provide eyes & ear protection, targets, stands, chairs and tables, sun screen, bottled water and bathroom facilites.

Currently our Basic Gun Safety / Family Home Defense Courses are $85.00 Total

Umbrella Tactics Instructors all come from Law Enforcement and/or Military background. We are trained in POST qualifications and up to State standards. Ask about Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Training for all Security and Law Enforcement personnel.
